[ RETURN POLICY ]
Consumers must comply with our return policy when returning. The policy contents are as follows.
◾️ Applications for refunds or exchanges are only available within 14 days from the date of receipt by the consumer. (based on the date on the waybill check)
◾️ The item must be returned in its original packaging, worn, undamaged and unused condition. However, if there is a defect in the product, it doesn't matter if the package is opened.
◾️ You can apply for a return on the My Page of the official website.
◾️ The product must arrive to us within a month from the date of consumers return application.
◾️ If the returned product is inspected and determined to be a manufacturing defect, a new product will be sent to the consumer immediately. Refund is processed if there is no suitable replacement product.
◾️ If the product is confirmed to be damaged due to the negligence of the consumer, a round-trip shipping fee will be charged to the consumer and the product will be returned to the consumer.
